6, Rue Marechal Joffre, Versailles, France

This residential building is located on the edge of the Park of Versailles which, along with the Palace, was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979. The work done by Kalam’s artisans consists of the recovery of the main street facades and the slate roofs, including the reintegration or recovery of the most deteriorated tiles. The high quality of the intervention contributed to winning the First Restoration Prize in 2016 from the Villa de Versailles.

KALAM, within the framework of the ICEX Next Program, has received support from ICEX and co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund. The purpose of this support is to contribute to the international development of the company.
