KALAM performs the comprehensive rehabilitation of this property for its owners’ community. The works consisted in the reinforcement of the foundation, the replacement of the wooden truss structure, seriously damaged in its resistance, the demolition and reconstruction of floors and partition walls, flooring, tiling and interior painting. On the roof, the skirts, the collection elements and the structural elements were lifted in their entirety for the formation of a new roof. Finally, work was carried out on the courtyard elements, the façade, the installations, the staircase and the entrance, and the renovation of the horizontal sewage system.
