In this residential building on the outskirts of the Plaza Mayor in Madrid, we were commissioned to carry out rehabilitation works. We started with an intervention to structurally consolidate the building, which was affected by rotting of the right and running feet, especially those corresponding to the wet areas. We proceeded to the installation and enclosure of a new elevator in one of its courtyards to eliminate the architectural barriers of the building. The walls of the courtyards were also recovered, including the decorative and protective finishes. Finally, the remodeling of the roof and common areas was carried out in the entrance and stairwell.
