Comprehensive intervention in this centrally located building in Madrid’s Barrio de las Letras neighborhood, in which an important structural consolidation work was carried out, highlighting the reinforcement of the floor slabs whose deterioration led to their localized shoring. The main façade was restored, with special emphasis on the cleaning of the low granite body and the mineral paint finish on the facing, as well as the recovery of the melis pine wood door and the restoration of the wooden cornice formed by molded corbels. The intervention is completed with the refurbishment of the common areas, improving accessibility with the installation of an elevator and a stair lift.
