Comprehensive rehabilitation of this building located in the central neighborhood of Malasaña where our carpentry teams, given the state of conservation of the whole, carried out the replacement of the wooden structure while maintaining the same constructive typology, based on half-timbered walls. We proceeded to the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of floor slabs, partition walls, coatings and interior finishes, all the facilities of the building were adapted, and the patio, roof and eaves were renovated. For the restoration of the facades, cleaning and restoration of ornamental elements were used.
