Goa-Invest put us in charge of the interior and facade restoration, of the studio house of painter Ramon Casas, designed in 1899 by the architect Antoni Rovira i Rabasa; for its adaptive reuse as commercial space retaining its historical value. The coordination of our teams to the meet the client’s objectives and project deadlines should be pointed out. Effectiveness, quality, safety and efficiency are the shared guidelines of this project in which our staff recovered the beauty of its interiors: working on all the artistic and craft pieces such as sgraffito plasters, coffered ceilings and wooden carpentry – returning the woodwork to its natural color– mosaic tile flooring, gilded cornice moldings, the arcade with solomonic columns, the main staircase and the ornate stone fireplace, among others. In addition, the interior courtyard facade was also restored, a courtyard shared with the emblematic Casa Milà (La Pedrera), by Antoni Gaudí.
