KALAM was commissioned to refurbish this centrally located building next to the French Embassy in Madrid. The intervention consisted of the demolition of the slabs, races and right feet in poor condition for subsequent replacement and reinforcement, where appropriate, with metal profiles, which led to the reconstruction of slabs and partition walls. On the other hand, the roof was lifted, its structural condition was verified and the tile was placed on a sandwich board. The courtyards were chopped for subsequent plastering and painting. New plumbing, gas, electricity and telecommunications installations were installed.
