Toledo 49, Madrid, Spain

The intervention in this building consisted of substituting the structure in humid areas where rot had practically eliminated the profiles of the studs and headers.

The main façade was restored, reproducing the decorative parts of the square bay windows, using resins produced in our workshops.

The courtyards were restored and adapted and the roof fully rehabilitated, replacing damaged rafters, cornice corbels, tiles and rainwater drainage. The access network was adapted, regaining the original crown molding and the skylight in the stairs.
