On behalf of the owners’ community, we carried out the rehabilitation of this building to improve the conditions of the common areas, the roof and the basement. On the roof, after dismantling, we carried out a complete restoration and renovation of all the wooden parts: jambs, braces, suspenders, braces, right feet, braces and purlins. We also repaired the chimney and changed the zinc elements and replaced the Arabic tiles. In the common areas we changed all the walls, floors and decorative elements, repaired the staircase steps and railings, reinstated the electrical installation, and installed new lighting fixtures. We finished this assignment with renovation works in the basement of the building.
