Site Supervisor – Building Restoration or Refurbishment · Madrid
At KALAM, we are looking to incorporate, for projects in Madrid and surrounding areas:
- A site supervisor with experience in the restoration of historic façades.
- A site supervisor with experience in building refurbishment.

We are seeking a profile with solid experience in restoration or refurbishment works, capable of organizing and coordinating specialized work crews under the supervision of the Site Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Organization of façade restoration or refurbishment work fronts.
- Coordination of in-house teams and specialized subcontractors.
- Monitoring of works carried out by different trades.
- Quality control in restoration and/or refurbishment works.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in façade restoration or building refurbishment projects.
- Leadership skills and ability to organize teams.
