At KALAM we are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor with experience in the restoration of historic facades for projects in Madrid and surrounding areas.

Our restoration division focuses its activity on interventions on buildings and facades with historical or heritage value, maintaining a high technical level and a firm commitment to quality of execution.
We are looking for a Site Supervisor profile with proven experience in the restoration of historic or ornamented facades, capable of organising and coordinating specialised work sections under the direction of the Site Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Organisation of work sections for the restoration of historic facades.
- Coordination of in-house teams and specialised subcontractors.
- Monitoring of the works carried out by the different trades.
- Quality control in restoration works.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in facade restoration works.
- Leadership and team organisation skills.
- Full proficiency in Spanish.
