Our specialists in facades intervene in this building in order to correct the detachment of parts to the public road. Once the facades had been tested, the need to check the supporting wall was noted, so the facades were shotcreted and the pieces were anchored prior to the execution of the new cladding. Once the blind walls, slab edges and façade openings were secured, a natural stone ventilated façade was installed with joints in the slab edges, having to reinforce the reinforced mortar in many cases due to the previous state of some of the facings.
