We intervene in this mid-twentieth century building, belonging to a group of semi-detached buildings, in which the most exposed houses showed in the previous state clear signs of condensation on the walls. Also, due to local regulations, any action on the facade must reproduce the original image of the building and the whole. The building envelope is improved by means of an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE), in a complete intervention that includes the placement of EPS panels on the façade, thermal mortars on terraces and under the flashing and thermal paint on the eave front. The intervention is completed with the insulation of the under-deck with the placement of rock wool.
