In this group of blocks of apartments we worked on the restoration and improvement of the energy efficiency of all its facades. For this purpose, we installed an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE) with acrylic mortar finish imitating plaster. In the same intervention, the image of the building has been updated by waterproofing and tiling all of its balconies, replacing the existing railings with aluminum and glass ones and installing composite panel linings. These improvements have transformed the overall exterior appearance of the original building, giving it a more contemporary and modern image.
