Restoration of the facades of this residential building built in 1902, through the consolidation of the brick walls and restoration of the plastered walls. The balcony slabs and imposts were waterproofed with lead sheets, the lack of volume was restored with specific restoration mortars on the edges, decorative elements, pilasters and tower and finished with silicate paint. The metallic elements of the façade were recovered: railings, trellises and metallic balconies and protected with enamel paint finish. The granite skirting boards were cleaned by spraying them with abrasives.
