Complete restoration of this building’s envelope and unique interiors, including in-situ and workshop manufacture of casts for facade features such as vases, balusters, handrails, cornices, and belt courses, or interior plaster ornaments, with over 400 meters of perimeter and crown moldings on ceilings, redecoration and reframing of the main entrance, renewal of the lobby ceiling, and reproduction of the old staircase frieze, along with Carrara marble stonework. Restoration of the facade with water-repellent treatments and pliolite paint on the plaster and artificial stone sidings, scouring and restoration of joinery, shutters, cast-iron railings, etc., and complete reproduction of three panoramic bay windows too damaged to be restored, as well as further work on the inner courtyards. The roofing was resurfaced with planks, gravel, and permeable paving.
