Rehabilitation of the facades of these two buildings on the chamfer between Nafarroa and Arrandi streets in Barakaldo. The work began with the restoration of the enclosure, which was in a very poor state of conservation, with reinforcement works on the slab fronts and pillars. Subsequently, the energy efficiency of the building was improved through the implementation of a SATE system with an acrylic finish, paying special attention to the technical complexity of the curved corner. Waterproofing and subsequent cladding work was also carried out on the balconies, together with the replacement of the original railings with aluminum ones. The intervention is completed with the installation of an interior elevator with glass enclosure and the completion of the staircase and portal finishes.
