The envelope of these three buildings was intervened on jointly with two façade solutions: on the exteriors, with a total surface area of 1,100 m2, a ventilated façade system with insulation and ceramic tile finish was installed, while an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE) was installed in the interior courtyards. Previously, work was carried out on the unconsolidated areas and balconies, restoring the lost volumes with restoration mortars, protecting the reinforcements, improving the waterproofing and finally replacing the railings with new stainless steel ones. In addition to these works, the affected installations were renovated and the fiber cement downspouts were replaced with new PVC ones.
