Restoration of the facades of this chamfered building belonging to the municipality of Barakaldo. Cleaning and restoration of the facing brick walls, eliminating those parts susceptible to detachment, cleaning the edges of terraces using epoxy resins and executing a new waterproofing and flooring of the same. Once the substrate was prepared, an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE) was installed to improve the energy performance of the building, with a ceramic tile finish imitating face brick.
