Restoration of the facades of this entire block consisting of fourteen doorways corresponding to the streets Silvano 150, 152, 154, 158, Dionisio Inca Yupanqui 43, 45, 47, 49, Francisco Mosqueda 1,5,7 and José Alvarez de Toledo 2,4 and 6. A Thermal Insulation System for the Exterior (SATE) is executed both on the exterior and interior facades as an improvement of the building envelope, thus reducing the energy demand of the building. The facades were finished with a white single-coat plaster. On the first floors a mortar rendering with anti-graffiti paint was applied. To complete the work, all the balcony and terrace railings were repaired and painted.
