We intervened in this community of owners in their facades and roof to improve their thermal performance. The works began with the revision and treatment of the pre-existing brick walls for the execution of an Integral Exterior Insulation System (SATE) with a waterproofing finish using acrylic mortar. In the singular details of the envelope, such as the lattices, a protective coating is applied on the four facades. The work is completed with the intervention on the roof, through the placement of a waterproofing membrane and insulating slab that contribute to the complete energy rehabilitation of the envelope in accordance with current European directives.
