The restoration of the facades of this house-palace, built at the end of the 19th century and with integral protection within the Historic Complex of the Villa de Madrid, was carried out, given the poor state of finishes, moldings, trim, corbels, brackets, imposts, bibs and upper cornice with corbels, as well as the carpentry of balconies and bookcases. In this way, restoration works are carried out with mortars and plaster compatible with the support, matching the existing texture and finish and replacing in situ the volumes in poor condition or degraded. Finally, the longitudinal guttering parallel to the cornice was replaced with a zinc gutter similar to the existing one.
