Círculo de Bellas Artes, Madrid, Spain


Construction works in Circulo de Bellas Artes building, by Antonio Palacios Ramilo which is listed as “Bien de Interés Cultural” and represents an iconic property in the city´s landscape, promoted by this institution in order to properly maintain and use the building in the future. After building a new flight for the metal staircase with steps, railings and capping made of structural glass for a correct exit of the terrace, we renovated exterior façades, tower and patio. Cleaning, consolidation, remodeling and protection works of different areas and ornamental elements also took place, according to their different materials and state of needs. Granite, Novelda Stone, bush hammered and smooth stuccos, glazed ceramic ornaments, brass and bronze, reliefs and sculpture- like the famous Minerva Goddess- as well as a wide array of woodwork, result of Palacio´s creative mind, have been handled by our skilled group of specialists.

KALAM, within the framework of the ICEX Next Program, has received support from ICEX and co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund. The purpose of this support is to contribute to the international development of the company.
