Restoration of the Madrid Medical Association (ICOMEM) at Calle Santa Isabel 51, designated as cultural heritage in 1997. We restored its main facades as well as those giving onto its full-block courtyard, the Cajal garden, and the inner congress courtyard, applying traditional render with a Catalan finish of segments with borders, reconstructing belt courses, trim, and moldings, repointing masonry, and restoring cornices. The curved ceramic roof tiling of the main building and cafeteria was fully rehabilitated, with damaged structural elements being replaced or reinforced with fiberglass bars and resin.
