The rehabilitation works we carried out in this residential building on Conde de Peñalver street included the structural consolidation of the load-bearing elements of its nine courtyards and, occasionally, of the common elements of the entrance and stairwell. To continue, the chimneys on the roof of the building were rebuilt and all the deteriorated areas were partially re-roofed. In addition, the courtyards, party walls and the main façade were also resurfaced with new coatings. In addition, the zinc elements were replaced and a traditional lime plaster was applied to homogenize the building as a whole.
