Comprehensive rehabilitation works are being carried out on this community of owners in the central Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, in Chueca. On the main façade, the entire plastering is being restored, along with the balconies, with the formation of a new slope and waterproofing. In addition to this, the plaster corbels, the window trim strips and the wooden trims were restored. New roof insulation is also being installed, including the re-roofing, with the replacement of damaged parts, as well as the reconstruction of the ridge. In the interior, structural reinforcement work is being carried out on the timber frameworks of the premises and dwellings. Finally, the floors and common areas are being finished.
