Danok Bat 6, Portugalete, Spain

Rehabilitation of the front and rear facade of this dividing building in Portugalete, consisting in the removal of the gresite of the facades in its previous state and subsequent placement of a ceramic ventilated facade as an energy improvement of the building. The original gutters are modified, making them in composite and the façade installations. The terraces were also refurbished by replacing the railings with stainless steel and glass ones, new sloping, waterproofing and flooring. In addition, the energy rehabilitation of the facades of the courtyards was carried out with an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE) in acrylic finish.
