Rehabilitation of the six facades of this building located in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona. The works consist of the repainting of the original granulite cladding and all the layers of the upper faces of the balcony slabs, the removal of the balcony railings and the repair and restoration of the lattices and concrete slabs and the artificial stone window flashings. New slopes were also formed, waterproofing and flooring was carried out on the upper faces of the balcony slabs, new railings were installed, a new single-layer coating was applied and all the finishing plates, lattices, installations, railings and gratings were painted.
