Intervention for the thermal improvement of the building envelope of this building in Bilbao through the installation of an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE). The selected finish for all the facades is acrylic plaster. All the openings were also reframed with galvanized sheets mechanically fastened, with thermal insulation and perimeter sealing. To complete the intervention in this building, the balconies are recovered, with the re-waterproofing and replacement of their flooring, and their aluminum railings with lacquered finish.
