In this group of residential buildings in Fuenlabrada, a complete intervention was carried out in order to improve the habitability of its owners. The facades are rehabilitated and insulated, the roofs are remodeled, with sanitation and waterproofing training, and the carpentry is replaced by new, more efficient models. Inside, the plumbing and electrical installations were renovated. In the common areas, new spaces were created, adapting them to accessibility regulations by creating ramps and eliminating architectural barriers. The floor and wall coverings of both interior and exterior areas are renewed. Overall, energy efficiency is improved and spaces and facilities are updated, prolonging the life of the building and increasing comfort for users, as well as the value of the homes.
