We undertake the works for the thermal improvement of the building envelope of this corner building between the streets of Gabriel Aresti and Avenida de la Libertad. The installation of ceramic ventilated facade and rock wool insulation on the main facades, finished in low absorption extruded porcelain stoneware with self-cleaning capacity. We applied an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE) on the courtyard and party wall facade of the building. As well as the insulation and waterproofing of the non-trafficable flat roofs. We also carry out the complete restoration of the portal renewing its finishes.
