Restoration of the main facade of this building in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona. It was cleaned with aluminum silicate blasting in stone areas and controlled pressure water in others. Cornices were repaired and restored, cracks were stitched, and ornamental elements were renovated. The zinc roof trim, gable framing, ox-eye windows, flashing, and cornice covering were reproduced. In the top volume the facing walls were tiled with slate.
