In our interventions in residential buildings we highlight the updating of envelopes, correcting the deficiencies experienced over time, to improve aesthetics and performance against external agents. In this building we addressed the cleaning of the pre-existing brick, replacing the missing pieces and carrying out a chopping of the rendering coating to execute a new single layer mortar in gray and white tones, including the rehabilitation of the lower trays and terminations in parapets, copings and gutters. The work is completed with the general cleaning of the exterior metalwork, with an increase in the height of the railings in accordance with current regulations, as well as the replacement of the laminated safety glass.
