Comprehensive rehabilitation of this old building located in Madrid’s historic neighborhood of Chueca. Our own teams carried out structural reinforcement works and renovation of various parts of the architectural complex. Deteriorated roof pairs and gutters were replaced on an ad hoc basis, and the skirts were re-roofed to complete the intervention on the upper envelope of the building. The facades were restored, cleaning up the edges of the forged, in an advanced state of corrosion, placing new zinc perimeter bibs, redoing the imposts and the recercings of the openings and applying a chromatic intonation based on pliolite paints.
