Restoration of the facades of this iconic building at Calle Ribera de Curtidores 2. Pressure-water cleaning or dry-silicate blasting, according to the substrate, of the main, rear, and side facades and the front plaza. Cornices, casing trim, plinths, ornamental and wrought-iron elements, etc. were reconstructed, in some cases from old photographs, with in-situ molding or silicone, latex, or plaster casting in our workshops. Brickwork was meticulously replaced in more damaged areas, with special trowels being made for pointing. Water repellents and consolidating treatments were applied to all walls. Of note was the restoration of the central sculptural ensemble on the main facade, the clock on the right tower of that facade, and the fountain in the plaza.
