KALAM is intervening in this building in order to improve the thermal performance of its envelope and its accessibility. The work began with the cleaning of the walls by manual means and the grouting of cracks and fissures in the walls. Subsequently, an exterior cladding was installed using an exterior thermal insulation system (SATE). On the exterior, an elevator with front boarding was installed to complement the improvement of accessibility in common areas of the building and the renovation of its finishes. Finally, installations were updated, as well as carpentry and waterproofing of the roof, leading to the complete refurbishment of this community of owners.
