In the integral rehabilitation of this building in the surroundings of the Puerta de Alcalá, in front of the gardens of the Linares Palace and next to the Zabálburu Palace, the use of iron was discarded in the important structural consolidation carried out, intervening in the totality of the wood by means of the recovery with beta prosthesis or integral substitution of right feet, races and joists. After the demolition and subsequent reconstruction of the floor slabs, we proceeded to the renovation of installations, the entire horizontal sanitation network, flooring, tiling, parquet floors, stucco, painting and the rehabilitation of six courtyards, roof, facade, stairwell, entrance and elevator.
