As in other areas of comprehensive rehabilitation, in this one of the Plaza de Nicaragua, KALAM carries out works to improve energy efficiency through the rehabilitation of the facades and installation of a Thermal Insulation System for the Exterior (SATE), remodeling and insulation of roofs and replacement of carpentry for more efficient models. These works, which also generate a renewed image of the complex, are accompanied by other works to bring the installations into compliance with regulations, cleaning, execution of waterproofing and new formation of sanitation networks. These works are complemented by actions in common areas and accesses to the buildings in an intervention that enhances the value of the building and improves the comfort of the residents of these communities.
