Rehabilitation of the three facades of this building located in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona. The work began with the previous removal and dismantling of obsolete installations, carpentry shutters, aluminum enclosures, tile cladding of the facades, balcony paving or artificial stone flashing, among others. Cracks were stitched, the balconies and the new pergola were cleaned, repaired, waterproofed and paved, and all the anchorages were replaced, and their railings were cleaned and painted. A new plaster was applied to the walls with cement mortar, together with the cleaning and application of water-repellent primer to the exposed brickwork and the painting of the plaster on the walls. The work was completed with the cleaning and painting of the carpentry with the installation of sheet metal flashing on the windows and the reorganization of the installations.
