This early 20th-century upper-middle-class residential building at Calle Fuencarral 107 was built by Teodoro de Anasagasti. We restored its facades, with corners in the form of rotundas, replacing zinc flashing on cornices and belt courses, making reproductions in our workshop for the restoration of moldings and balusters, restoring wooden and metal joinery, and finally cleaning the granite wall surfaces with micronized abrasives. A horizontal drainage system was also fitted with a tunnelled outlet to the mains, structural reinforcements were fitted on upper floors, and every roof was weatherproofed and resurfaced.
