Facade restoration work on this industrial building as part of a Foster + Partners and Ortiz León project to convert it into a corporate HQ. In line with our long track record of similar work, the project involved the cleaning of facing brickwork with the restoration of damaged parts and replacement of missing courses, along with pointing and subsequent water-repellent treatment, as well as more delicate tasks such as stitching of structural cracks, restoration of ornamental elements with replicas, etc. Thus we recovered the characteristic aesthetic of the original Neo-Mudéjar facades by the architect Luis de Landecho.
