In this building of apartments erected in the early 20th century, with a plastered lower level with pronounced horizontal furrows and colonnaded galleries on the top floor, we restored the facades by repairing wall plaster, securing elements liable to fall off, reconstructing unsalvageable or missing elements, and applying special treatments to cracks and fissures. Finally we replaced the zinc flashing and added more at other levels, treating the joinery and ironwork and applying a top coat to the sidings, while restoring adjoining walls in the same way.
