KALAM was commissioned to carry out a series of works on the facades of this residential building on Paseo de la Habana, next to the Hospital de San Rafael and one block from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The total demolition and subsequent reconstruction of the terrace parapets was carried out. Likewise, the necessary areas were demolished to fix the metal plates to the slab fronts on which to build the new masonry, which was cleaned, grouted, consolidated and waterproofed. The soil of the planters was lifted for waterproofing and improvement of the drainage, and the soil and landscaping were subsequently replaced.
