Updating and energy efficiency improvement works for this community of owners with a chamfered building. The facades are rehabilitated with the implementation of an Exterior Thermal Insulation System (SATE). On the roof, insulation is also incorporated to the flat walkable roof. In this way, the thermal behavior of the building is significantly improved and the exterior facades and patios are completely renovated with polychrome acrylic mortar. Finally, the entrance hall was refurbished, with the total elimination of architectural barriers to improve accessibility, installing a new floor of bush-hammered granite slabs and a red coralite marble veneer.
