Full rehabilitation of this free-standing 1968 building at Calle Serrano 135 for use as a correspondents’ office of German Radio and Television in Spain. The work included a general refurbishment of the facilities and their finishes along with a redistribution of the interior to optimize the office space. The building’s first-floor accessibility was also improved in compliance with current standards, and the exteriors were refurbished with new paving and the installation of lighting. The work was carried out to a tight schedule, coordinated and controlled so as to disrupt the building’s use only minimally.
