Conservation of the brick facade of this community of owners. It begins with the cleaning with controlled pressure water jet, extracting and replacing the deteriorated, exfoliated, disintegrated or fractured brickwork due to its weathering, its permeability and its frostiness. The grouting is restored and a waterproofing treatment is applied to the facings. In order to homogenize the exposed brick facade, the outer face of the roof parapet was demolished and a new one was built with bricks of similar characteristics to the existing ones. To complete the work, the horizontal drainage drainage pipes were renewed, with new manholes, manholes and the closure to the municipal sewer.
