The main pathology of this group of buildings consisting of eleven multi-family dwellings and ten single-family semi-detached dwellings was the carbonation of the prefabricated concrete panels that make up its exterior and interior facades. The intervention consisted of cleaning with aluminum silicate projection, repairing the fissures and cracks and applying a protective anti-carbonation coating. Together with these works, other damages in roofs, interiors of houses and garages have been solved, such as cracked or detached coatings, water filtrations from roofs, terraces, balconies and expansion joints, cavities in natural stone pavements, among others.
