The community of owners of this residential building located in the center of Madrid put their trust in KALAM’s specialized team for the rehabilitation of their building. On the second floor, we carried out important consolidation works of the floor slabs and right feet. The necessary shoring is executed, including the needle bridge for the replacement of damaged pillars, the necessary protections and demolitions. After the intervention, the finishes, installations, partitions and all the affected elements will be replaced. Likewise, the scope includes conservation works on the main façade where work is carried out on cornices, imposts, balcony frames and slab fronts, as well as on the patio and rear façade cladding.
