Restoration of this 1920’s residential building, located in the Salamanca district. We intervened in its main facade, regionalist style, rear facade, its three courtyards, roof and interior pavilion located in the main courtyard. We worked on its plaster and brick coatings, with punctual repairs of cracks and deteriorated areas, stone plinths, and on its ornamental elements, including sgraffito, corbels, imposts, cornices, bollards, pinnacles, ironwork, as well as on some wooden elements such as lattices or eave corbels. The facade plastering mixes smooth washed and burnished finishes, cut ashlars or sgraffito in bright colors. Projections are protected with zinc bibs and the sanitation installation in patios is revised and adapted, including the dismantling of the marble tile pavement with recovery and subsequent repositioning in the central patio. All works are carried out with the proper protection of common areas and with the building in use.
