Works in this historic building from the XVII century, in the town of San Lorenzo del Escorial, a municipality declared of Cultural Interest under the category of Historic Site, and distributed in commercial premises plus two floors of housing. The works consisted of the complete emptying of the building with the structural consolidation of the foundations, facades and new interior structure of metal porches and slabs collaborating from the granite structure of the first floor. Reconstruction of the roof and eaves, plumbing, water supply and drainage, electrical and telecommunications installations, and restoration of the facades with traditional plastering systems.
